This Agreement is entered into between Asset Protection Worldwide LLC doing business as Edmund Lowell (hereinafter, “Edmund Lowell”) and {{answer_9836240}} (hereinafter, “I” or "me") for consulting services rendered.

I understand and agree that the fee of $1500 in U.S. dollars for incorporation of a {{answer_9836236}} and general business opinion on doing business internationally.

The LLC renewal fees will be $1200 per year. (fees subject to change).

The fees include:

I understand and agree that: Edmund Lowell owns the copyright to all oral and written communications transmitted to me.

Edmund Lowell grants me a limited license to use all such communications, including notes that I take and materials sent to me by Edmund Lowell.

I understand and agree that: Edmund Lowell is not engaged in the practice of law, accounting, financial planning, or investment.
Edmund Lowell has recommended that I consult with a licensed attorney or other qualified professional, to better understand the consequences of any wealth preservation strategy, techniques, or entities that I use.

There is no attorney-client privilege associated with this consultation, unless I have retained Edmund Lowell through an attorney licensed in one of the 50 U.S. states.

I understand and agree that: Any written communications made in the scope of consultation do not constitute "written tax opinions," unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Information conveyed to me in consultation may not be used to avoid tax penalties.

I understand and agree that: I have neither requested nor received investment advice from Edmund Lowell.

Edmund Lowell has not made or implied any claim that Edmund Lowell's services would in any way increase investment returns or profits, or avoid investment losses. Edmund Lowell has not solicited me to invest in any security or other investment.

I understand and agree that: At the time of the execution of this agreement, I am solvent as is defined by the Universal Fraudulent Transfers Act
I do not intend to become insolvent after implementing any wealth preservation plan.

I understand and agree: To follow all applicable U.S. federal and state laws in connection with the services that Edmund Lowell provides to me.

To hold Edmund Lowell harmless from any legal and/or tax claims arising from its services on my behalf.

That Edmund Lowell has no signatory control, voting rights, ownership, or directorship in any company associated with me, formed on my behalf, or introduced to other parties to be formed on my behalf.

I understand and agree that: Edmund Lowell will use its best efforts to provide me with accurate and authoritative information in regard to the subjects in which I seek assistance.

Use of this information is at my own risk.

Edmund Lowell will not be responsible for any consequential damages to me, my family or my business or my businesses. 

I understand and agree that: If my spouse or partner participates in consultation, information conveyed by Edmund Lowell in consultation could potentially lead to a conflict of interest between me and my spouse or partner.

I understand and agree that: Edmund Lowell may recommend third-party service providers for certain services.

I will hold Edmund Lowell harmless from any legal and/or tax claims which may arise from the my use of third-party service providers recommended by Edmund Lowell
Edmund Lowell makes no guarantee that I will be satisfied by the services provided by third-party service providers

Edmund Lowell is not responsible for refunding any fees that I pay to third-party service providers
Edmund Lowell may receive referral fees or other compensation from third-party service providers.

I understand and agree that: Edmund Lowell may receive requests for information in Edmund Lowell's possession arising from this engagement.

Such requests may come from police, government agencies, courts or other tribunals. If permitted by law, Edmund Lowell will attempt to notify me of any request for information prior to responding.

I understand and agree that: Any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of, in connection with, or in relation to the interpretation, performance or breach of this Agreement shall be finally determined at the request of either party, by binding arbitration. Judgment upon any award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered by any State or Federal Court having jurisdiction thereof.

The arbitrator(s) shall award to the prevailing party, in addition to the costs of the proceeding, that party's reasonable attorneys' fees.
